Return Policy

1. Returns
  • Our return policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
  • To be eligible for a return or a refund, you must have received wrong, damaged, expired or defective product. The product must be returned to us in it's original packagingand unused.
  • To initiate a return or refund, please send pictures of defects to info@kanvargroup.com, without pictures we cannot process request.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your order reference number.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, you need to send your returns our fulfillment centre at Kanvarcorporation,Khasra no 896(6-00) situated within extended laldoraabadi in the area of village,mundka Delhi 110041, India.

2. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If the refundis approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within next 3 working days.
  • The customer shall also be eligible for a refund if a specific product or order cannot be shipped/delivered due to any restrictions in shipping to customer’s delivery pin code

3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Sale items or Discounted Products (if applicable)

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or discounted items cannot be refunded.

5. Exchanges (if applicable)

6. Shipping

  • Order are normally processed within 2 working day of having received the order and are delivered in the best possible timelines available with our courier partners. We have seen customers receiving their orders between In case we foresee a delay beyond the indicated delivery timeline, we will keep you informed. Please note that the orders are not dispatched on Sunday and on public holidays.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
